Your company has no branch office in Germany? No problem! Your authorized representative (pursuant to § 5 para. 2 VerpackDG) can conclude a contract in fulfillment of your obligations and report packaging quantities – both to us and to the Central Office Packaging Register. You only need to register with the Central Office Packaging Register.
